Tectura^® Mobile Solution for mobile sales force and field services is a completely integrated mobile work force solution for CRM, service and logistics with online access to all Microsoft Dynamics^® NAV modules and real-time data. Furthermore, all handhelds can be managed directly in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and all rights can be centrally administrated. If a handheld is lost, it is centrally blocked and all dates are deleted, so strictly confidential data or passwords cannot be seen by unauthorized people. Together with the BlackBerry-Enterprise-Server™ (BES), the data transfer is securely encoded. The main advantages of BES technology, however, are its data push service and asynchronous data processing capabilities, whereby alternating current dumps can be buffered and an offline data acquisition is possible as well as a complete workflow integration with notification service and automatic task forwarding.
